The Mehak team have been recruited from top hotels and restaurants across India and the UK and pride themselves on exceptionally high standards of service. The chefs are passionate about the food they produce, and use highly skilled techniques in order to replicate an authentic taste of fine Indian cuisine.
Front of House management is led by Anuj Jaiswal, formerly of The Bristol Hotel, a member of the exclusive Doyle Collection group.
Head Chef Silva Pitchai's extensive CV includes experience in the UK’s most highly-regarded modern Indian restaurants, including the Mint Leaf, the Cinnamon Club and the multiple award-winning Tamarind.
